The people who live at the Olive Branch are adults with special needs. Living as a family with Cyndi Howell and staff, they interact within a neighborhood and community. They share in all aspects of family life such as household chores, meal preparation, church activities, family outings, shopping, and vacations. Currently twelve men-age from 25 to 79 years make the Olive Branch their home. Three staff live on the premises and three additional staff work full time. Many additional volunteers help with meal preparation, computer lab, data entry and spending time with the men.
